Customer service was phenomenally above and beyond. Even when a pipe burst, they made sure to notify me they had to cut my lock off so they could inspect the unit for damage and then replaced it. They made sure I was given keys and everything was ok. I would highly recommend using them again. Thank you for everything!

I am delighted with my experience at this storage facility. It was my first time renting a storage unit, and I am extremely pleased with the location. Dustin is an exceptional individual. He is highly entertaining, humorous, and possesses a profound sense of respect. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. We love our storage garage. Everyone is so nice and eager to help! It is a great price and nice/clean facility. My husband accidentally lost our key to our lock and they quickly helped us get into our unit and gave us a spare lock to use until we could get our own replacement!

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The hours are agreeable and it is awesome that they have a van they'll rent out for a very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend Guardian to anyone needing extra storage.

The manager Emily was very helpful and friendly and answer my questions swiftly. She also gave me good advice while applying for the unit online. Plus the rate is very affordable and isn't as high as other storages I've been calling around in Greeley.

Mike has been absolutely wonderful. He’s been so professional and patient to wait so that I can have a storage unit waiting after my months training. He always has a smile on his face and is going above and beyond to accommodate me as I open my storage unit.
