The facility is easy access. The people in the lobby are really nice and accommodating whenever we need to get access to our keys. Overall, great service and great facility.

Hunter Boone was an amazing and was very respectful, kind, and paid attention to what I was saying. He knew exactly what he was talking about and never hesitated to answer any questions I had.

The staff are awesome and they have a very clean facility.. Isaiah is the best manager ever and he is also all about customer service and goes beyond to assist with his customers. This is one of The best storage facilities are company has used over the years. The front desk staff is always accommodating and friendly. The manager has been very patient with us overtime!!. We would highly recommend the McMurray location.

Clean, friendly, always responsive. I wish I didn't have to give up the unit because I'm sure I will need it again someday. The van rental was such a nice feature! We used it many times.
