I arrived at this facility the day before a massive trip I had been planning with my fiancé around my cousins wedding up in Maine… and realized that my sister had misplaced the key to my unit. A large part of the trip involved camping, and nearly ALL of my gear was inside my unit - along with multiple bags I needed for luggage/hiking. The manager in the office, Rick, realized how important this was to me and put everything on hold to use his own drill and drill bits to open up my unit and even offered to replace the lock free of charge…as someone had just returned one of theirs who had moved out. We could not get the lock to properly work, so Rick offered another free of charge. This facility has some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered working for it, and I’ve been storing my things at this location for years. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

Rick was outstanding in helping us get into our storage unit after we misplaced our keys to the unit . He went over and above what a service employee would normally do. Kudos to Guardian Storage for having him on staff!

Rick Scott at Guardian storage in Warrendale was extremely helpful and very friendly. He found me a very nice storage unit at the best price possible. I wasn't anxious to rent a storage unit but he made it very easy. Thank you Rick!

Rick was awesome and super helpful! Happy to have a friendly face to greet for our upcoming storage needs. They have a good range of indoor (temperature controlled) and outdoor units 🙌
