I am very pleased with my experience at Guardian Storage Waterfront, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. With one phone call I contacted manager Ryan and he was able to get me the correct size unit that I needed . On one visit the light had failed notified manager Steve and he had his maintenance technician repair it .This is a very well operated, maintained and secure storage facility. Yes I would recommend this storage facility.

Guardian Storage in Coraopolis is awesome! Not only is the facility clean and secure, but they let tenants use their conference room for free, which has been a huge help for me. We’ve used Guardian Storage Bridgeville on two separate occasions. The staff is very helpful, the facility clean and secure, and in-out access is easy with the coded gate. We’ve stored irreplaceable family items, so the cost to rent is very affordable (climate controlled) with respect to the value we placed on our belongings. I recommend this facility for your storage needs.

We needed a storage unit for my daughter's wedding as we lived in Butler, PA and her wedding was in Washington, PA some 140+ mile round trip. Getting the unit was the answer to the large number of items required for the reception. When we met with the Property Manager Kari Jerrome and co-worker Wilda they made sure that we selected the correct sized unit for our storage needs and guided us through the needed insurance requirements while clearly explaining each requirement. It was a very pleasant and hassle-free experience and they even lent us a lock as we had left ours at home. Both Kari and Wilda have a high level of professionalism and customer service skills that's rarely found these days We HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.
