I had short notice that I was moving across the country and needed to rent a climate controlled storage unit. I contacted Tea Thompson, at Guardian Storage in Longmont, and he answered so many questions over the phone and helped me determine the size unit needed. When I arrived in Colorado, everything was exactly as Tea said it would be. Tea even coordinated with the driver of my moving van prior to their arrival. The facility was clean and had plenty of carts to use.
I rented a unit for 5 months and had no negative experiences. Thank you Tea for being so helpful and personable!

What a tremendous free service to the community! Thank you, Shred-It and Guardian Storage. There’s such peace of mind, knowing that private documents are securely disposed of. They are there till 2pm today and are gratefully receiving school supply donations - so be sure to bring some!

Guardian's FREE shredding events in the spring and fall are the most efficient way to dispose of private documents in bulk without even getting out of your car. Always on my calendar. Plenty of space to wait in line (if you're an early bird), friendly reps unload your papers and empty your container(s) into a bin before your eyes. You can even watch the bin empty into the shredder if you want (just be courteous and pull out of the line to keep things moving :).
There's a free-will charitable donation (charity posted on website by city) which is yet another way Guardian supports the communities in which they do business. Highly recommend this event!

Master class in Customer Service!
I filled out the interest form at about 2am.

I got a call about 9am.
I politely asked them to call me back in an hour and they did.

They answered all my questions and calculated my price for the time I needed to use the facility.

I went and toured the facility, EXTREMELY clean, great lighting and just an overall positive feel.

I told them that I actually booked a storage company before I found them and that I would go see that place and comeback if I didn’t like the other place.

Needless to say that I came back and I am happy that I did!

It cost only little more than the other storage place but the price difference was nothing when comparing the two locations and the customer service was PHENOMENAL!!!

Overall a very high quality storage facility. Safe and secure. Wish they allowed entry a little later into the evening, but that's a minor concern.

The Guardian team in the Strip District is phenomenal! Always ready to help and take good care of their tenants. The building and tools available to assist in moving items into/out of storage units are easy to use and readily accessible. It’s a nice, clean environment with friendly staff. Toured various storage companies’ facilities before choosing this location years ago, and this one is by far the nicest still.
