Initially expected to use Guardian storage for a few months. But life got in the way after a move, baby, work, etc.

Ended up using them for 2yrs and other than a few app glitches. (Once for payment not being accepted and another for the automated door button on the app not working) I didn’t have issues. Clean facility/units.

Colleen was truly stellar and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all questions and helped me secure the best deal for a unit!

I have zero complaints about Guardian storage In Washington. The facility was clean, I was never charged for anything I was not informed of beforehand. The move in and move out process was so incredibly easy. The best part of my experience was Wilda. Guardian storage is extremely lucky to have such an organized, professional and friendly employee. It is extremely rare to get phenomenal customer service this day and age.Wilda Went above and beyond in every way, shape and form.Thank you Wilda For so much kindness and help through the process of moving! You have been absolutely lovely!

This facility is hands down THE BEST facility we have ever worked with! My wife and I purchase and clean out storage units when they go delinquent, so we have seen dozens of facilities all over Pennsylvania & Ohio and this one tops them all!! Ashley the manager was prompt in answering the phone and Terrell was outstanding in assisting us navigating the facility! The property is clean and VERY well kept. Also, this facility feels very safe, so no worries of break-ins occuring! Thank you Ashley, Matt & Terrell!!

Guardian Storage has been a great place to keep my belongings. I only needed a short term storage solution, Dave and Greg were very helpful and take great care of the buildings and grounds. Everything is super clean and there are plenty of carts available to help you move in or out. Great storage place and great staff too.

Best storage option in Boulder. All staff are helpful and friendly, prices are either the best or good depending on size. Discounts for paying up front for year rental. Good communication with customers.
