My experience with Guardian Storage has always been extremely professional, courteous and helpful each and every time i call or need any help from there staff at the North Hills location; everything is so very clean.

We utilized Guardian Storage while in between homes. I always felt like our items were safe as well as us while we were there. The property manager, Tioni Brown, made us feel well taken care of and was a pleasure to speak to every time we had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs

I love this Storage. Very friendly staff and Emily was very helpful. She made my unfortunate moving situation flow like it was nothing. From the helpful truck they provide to assisting me with access to my unit. Emily provided a customer service experience that made a lasting impression. I will absolutely use this facility in the future and in the months to come. Did I mention the coffee bar and little Debbie's? Nice touch. Thanks alot.

My family and I were in the process of moving and needed a storage unit to hold our stuff while we cleaned up the new house. Zach was able to find us a unit that met all of our needs and at a great price point. Facilities are extremely well kept and the customer service was fantastic!

I stored my car in a drive up unit while I had work done on my house and garage. The unit was clean and large enough to comfortably drive the car in and get out easily. The unit was not temperature controlled but it was on the north side of the building and had several floors of units above it. That made my unit cool even during the hottest part of the day. That is why I chose Guardian for this purpose. I would do the same if I have a similar need in the future.

As an old uhaul employee I just have to say, this facility was better than expected and its people are amazing. Just have to say thank you to Steve for helping out and the guys in the office there for being cool, funny, and helpful. Needed everything done in 1/2 a day, no time to play around; and they jumped up and got me a room and even the free truck. Had to travel for the truck but thats ok because they told me about that right away. I love honesty with a no bullcrap attitude; and they have that here. Thank you guys for all your help; and I'll be sure to talk about this location to others!
