I was in the guardian storage facility at 4711 William Penn Highway Monroeville PA 15146. To check on prices and sizes of your storage units. After checking on prices here and other storage facilities around the area, I decided to come to your facility and rent A 10 x 15 storage unit. One of the main reasons that I decided to go with yours was because of your property manager Tioni Brown. She was a fabulous person to work for Very happy, very knowledgeable very respectful. If anyone is looking for someone to deal with Who has a positive out Tioni would be the person to deal with.

I rented two units for a year and 1/2. They managed to get me two right next to each other. They were friendly and available whenever I needed anything. I had easy access to my stuff and it was not damaged at all in the 2013 flood. The unit was clean. When I moved out of the first unit they credited the partial month payment to my other unit. I didn't have to give a month's notice to move out. They were GREAT.

I rented online and that was convenient and efficient. I got 2 months at half off and free lock. I must say I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the storage space. And it was such a pleasure to meet Christina, the property manager, she was very friendly and knowledgeable when I moved in. I highly recommend trying them.
