I went to Guardian Storage in Longmont Saturday to rent a storage unit because I had received several glowing recommendations. I can’t begin to say what a fantastic experience I had! The facility itself is so well-maintained, clean, and secure, I feel very at ease storing my belongings there. And the Property Manager, Tea Thompson, was so knowledgeable, personable, and professional, he made the experience, which I was honestly sort of dreading, an absolute piece of cake! You can tell when someone actually likes their job, has their customers’ best interests in mind, and puts genuine effort and care into the work they do. If you’re looking for a storage facility in Longmont, go to Guardian Storage, find Tea Thompson, and you can’t go wrong!

Dustin, the Property Manager at this location, provided exceptional customer service. He answered all of my questions and addressed every concern promptly and professionally. Although this facility is farther from my home and slightly more expensive than the closest U-Haul location, I chose to store my household items here because I value outstanding customer service and professionalism over convenience and price. Dustin's professionalism made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the excellent experience. Thank you, Dustin, for your dedication and exceptional service!

Here i am again unfortunately storing away my belongings away but the best thing about this unbelievable move is a Guardian Angel from Guardian Storage, her name is Stephanie. She wears a little halo around the office. I can truly say thank God for sending me this Angel !!!
I’m pretty sure she wanted to curse me out a couple of times, but didn’t Do so due to her heavenly Ways ! I definitely can say I put my trust in reliability Into her, cause I’m probably the most complicated client in that Building

Zach the manager was exceptional. The weekend corporate team made a mistake with our booking and he made it right, meeting us with water, a new lock, his card and number and anything else we needed. Highly recommend.

Diana is the most understanding, reasonable, dedicated management staff I've ever worked with. As a tentant of two units she stays in contact with me about my units and has helped me out so much since I've been renting my units, going above and beyond her job requirements.
