This Guardian storage facility is super clean and well maintained. I feel very safe going any time of day. Gina and Calvina in office were very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting a size for our belongings. I would highly recommend this facility.

Easy to access storage building. Very clean. Plenty of carts. Billing was efficient and accurate. Communication was very timely. Highly recommend Guardian Storage Parkway East.

Very clean and respectable place. The lovely ladies at the front desk are very sweet. Got me all set up and gave me a tour of the storage units. Very happy customer. Most definitely recommend. Upon moving out they are still the best in town. Thank you for everything and your hospitality.

We stored our daughter’s items during the summer and following school year and couldn’t have been happier! The facility is spotless, easy to access and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. If you need storage, Guardian is the place. Highly recommend.

My son moved his stuff in last week and said everything went well. He had no issues, it was easy to get in and find his space. Handtrucks and dollies were easily available. The space was perfect.

My daughter needed a temporary unit to bridge the gap between moving from a dorm to an apartment for about 2 months. Other storage facilities were requiring a minimum lease; but Guardian was super flexible, and clearly communicated with my daughter what she needed to do and what needed to happen.

I have zero complaints about Guardian storage In Washington. The facility was clean, I was never charged for anything I was not informed of beforehand. The move in and move out process was so incredibly easy. The best part of my experience was Wilda. Guardian storage is extremely lucky to have such an organized, professional and friendly employee. It is extremely rare to get phenomenal customer service this day and age.Wilda Went above and beyond in every way, shape and form.Thank you Wilda For so much kindness and help through the process of moving! You have been absolutely lovely!

I recently rented two storage units and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was extremely helpful, especially when I needed a larger second unit on short notice. They were able to quickly accommodate me with an indoor unit, which was greatly appreciated given my time constraints. The onboarding and move-out processes were both smooth and efficient, and the property manager was excellent about answering and returning calls promptly. Overall, outstanding customer service and a very well-managed facility.
