One thing that has been absolutely invaluable is the availability of the moving truck through the facility. Having access to a truck right on-site has made a huge difference for us. It saved time, hassle, and additional rental costs. Kenzie makes the truck rental process so simple and is always accommodating with scheduling — it honestly couldn’t be easier.

Customer service like this is rare these days. Between the clean facility, the convenience, and especially Kenzie’s professionalism and warmth, we knew immediately we made the right choice. Highly recommend!

The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated the convenience of the van rental option, which made moving so much easier. On the rare occasion I was late with a payment, they were flexible and understanding, which I truly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the area.

The property manager, Tea, was outstanding! A lot of these storage facilities seem a bit shady to me… But Tea felt very honest, helpful, and warm. He went the the extra mile when he noticed on the security cameras that I got lost and instead of going home, because it was after hours, he found me and brought me to the correct unit. The facility itself is very clean and feels secure. I highly recommend.
