I've rented from several storage companies over the years, and this one stands out. Best experience overall I have had with this type of business. The facility is well maintained, secure, and dependable - exactly what you want when your belongings are out of sight. What really sets it apart is Tom, the manager. He's friendly, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond. That combination isn't easy to find, and it's the reason I'd recommend this place without hesitation.

Hope and later Prescott were very helpful and professional. Only reason for 4 stars was due to cost of storage unit...seems too high.

Stephanie did an outstanding job in helping me. She was friendly and professional, and made everything very clear and thorough including expected payments after promotions and instructions for entry. I wish all aspects of moving were this easy. I’m glad I found this place!

One of the main reasons I ultimately chose Guardian Storage North Strabane is because of Mike (Property Manager). Mike provided exceptional service - he was knowledgeable, responsive, customer-focused, patient, helpful and kind. I appreciate how he made the entire process seamless for me. Mike went above and beyond and is definitely an outstanding ambassador for Guardian Storage.

Took the time to show different size units, explain how the lay out of the building was and the entry and exit doors, where the restroom where, compared prices to different size units that I was looking at.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for storage, this is the best place by a mile. Extremely clean, and the staff, Ray, Ashley, and Matthew, are extremely helpful and keep things moving smoothly on busy move days. Go here.

Was a great experience. Kari was very helpful. She made it all seem easy. I'm very satisfied with Karis help and guardian storage seems like a great place to store my items without worrying the it might get stolen.
