Isaiah was very very helpful! There aren't enough good things I can say about him. He was super nice to talk too, and was able to help my husband and I out with reserving out unit. He answered all of our questions and provided us with helpful information that I didn't even know I needed. This is my second time using Guardian and they are always reliable!

Everything about using this storage has been great! It’s always clean and the lobby is always organized. The bathrooms and water fountains are always clean and working. Dave has been very kind and helpful through the whole experience!

I rented a UHaul truck from Empire and returned it to a location in Highlands Ranch. The people at Empire were great during the rental process. Furthermore, the company in Highlands Ranch that I returned it to charged a cleaning fee of $25 despite the truck being clean and the people at Empire went out of their way to help try to get the charge refunded. It was not something they were obligated to help with, but they chose to do so anyway.

It was easy to reserve the storage space and truck online. There was great open communication from the employees and myself. When I went in on the day I was miving things into the unit, the employee was friendly and very helpful in answering questions and making sure the process was well explained.

This storage facility is 5 stars plus! It is always clean and quiet. It is well lit, secure, and safe. Also, Christina is amazing! She was always responsive and helpful when you needed, her staff was friendly and provided great customer service. Christina went above and beyond to be helpful with both the move in and when we emptied the unit.

I loved using guardian storage after I moved out my my apartment and had a in between period before moving into my house. Everyone was super nice! The loading docks, freight elevators, and large moving carts were incredibly helpful. I never noticed bugs/pests and I felt that it was always dry and well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
