Had a GREAT experience at Guardian, Bethel Park, PA using their conference room to conduct a series of business meetings. Greg, the property manager, and Dave went above and beyond to ensure that my clients and I had the most productive and professional experience possible. The room and restrooms were clean and ready, there was a whiteboard for collaborating, and available parking. This also led to more than one of my team members using the paid storage services. I had an excellent experience renting here with the help of Brian and other staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The moving areas are very well-lit and clean. I chose this location as it is close to the highway for easy access, and all of the units are temperature-controlled. Brian and co offered to give me a tour of my unit before the official start date, and showed me the site of the loading dock, dollies, etc. There are two bathrooms on site. Would readily recommend to anyone looking to store something for the short or long term. Great pricing as well. Coffee on site by the front desk office if you need it in a pinch!

Dustin made the rental process a piece of cake! He returned my call quickly, made signing the lease easy and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand and relatively quick! This location is right off of the parkway making it super convenient for us to move and store our stuff. Price was great, we’ve stored with guardian before and am glad we chose them again to store our belongings!
