The Guardian Storage at Lower Macungie is very new, clean, and well lit. It feels safe with security cameras and locked gates. Stephanie the manager was extremely helpful and kind in the process of selecting a unit and signing the lease. Her positive attitude and helpfulness made me feel happy and I'm very appreciative. There aren't enough words to express how much I recommend this Guardian Storage--specifically the location on Rt 22--because of T. When we first met her, we were trying to get out of a bad living situation and she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

We've been back no less than three times so far and we'd certainly return to this location over and over again if needed. T has been the lighthouse in the storm for us and has always emphasized her excellent customer-focused mentality. She truly cares about her customers. Sometimes it's hard to peel yourself away from a conversation because she's truly so wonderful that you don't want to get back to unloading your stuff into a storage unit!

We have rented other storage units from nearby local facilities and can honestly say that this location is much cleaner, nicer, and better serviced than anywhere else we've been to. It's easy to access, there are always carts available for use, and it's CLEAN. This facility is impeccably cared for. Our stuff was in storage for a while and we never saw a pest or any kind of temperature damage. It's so refreshing to have a company care about you as a person and your stuff.

This summer and fall, I had to place my furnishings and library in storage while traveling.

I chose Guardian as I had a recommendation from my nephew. He relocated back to Colorado some years ago and had used them at the time and recently used them again for a project at his townhome.

Tea and Robert are helpful and accommodating. I chose their indoor storage option because of my book collection. The space was climate controlled and clean.

There's also a sizeable van with a dolly and access to moving blankets and more for a nominal fee. This really made storing a breeze.

For all your storage needs consider Guardian. They're the better choice. My things were safe and protected. Thanks Guardian!
