Experience renting a unit was great. I went online to get a rate quote and Lauren from the Fox Chapel PA location called instantly. I was impressed! I looked at renting from another location in the Pittsburgh area, but it took them a few hours to call me. The early bird gets the worm! The rental process was quick and easy. Highly recommend the Fox Chapel location!

I stored excess furniture and other belongings at Guardian's Foz Chapel location for a number of years, moving from a smaller unit to a larger unit during that time. I moved out about 2 weeks ago only because I purchased a larger home. I've been consistently impressed with the level of customer service received during every interaction with Guardian employees. The convenience if 24/7 access to the facility has been extremely convenient over the years. As I sort through belongings at my new home I find that I may again need a storage space and would not hesitate to use Guardian again in the future.

I was there as a driver for a moving company and was happy to see well marked unit/building numbers. There is ample room to maneuver a 26' box truck, which doesn't happen often. Also the rows between the buildings is wide enough for 2 vehicles to fit. The restroom was clean and tidy, and the had a small coffee bar with a variety of K-cups for customers/tenants.

Clean, well-maintained, and very easy to start and end my lease. No issues! Only small catch to be aware of - if you have movers, a full-length truck has a hard time getting in the gates. It's possible, but takes a long time. Better to have a smaller box truck or van.

Great location. Units are clean and well maintained. Customer Service is great. I always received a call back immediately when I had questions. Nice that there is a truck available to help with moving. Price is right.
