Courteous, helpful and accommodating.provided information and service needed. These folks are the best. We recently vacated and terminated the rental agreement as we donated stored furniture and distributed furniture to family that was excess when we downsized. They made termination easy. They are not the closest storage facility to our new residence but worth the extra miles. If we need storage again will be back in a heartbeat!

This was my first experience with a storage facility and I was totally impressed with the entire operation at Guardian in Bethel Park. Greg Plumb was very thorough and professional in every aspect of setting up my account and showing me the easiest was to navigate the building and access my unit. The building is secure and very clean inside and out. Any concerns I had about storing my articles at this location have been eliminated. I am very pleased with everything thus far.
