The staff at Gardian Storage Robinson are incredibly helpful and customer oriented. The site is kept clean and secure and is easy to get in and out. Prescott went out of his way to help me and was so patient through my many calls and contacts in setting arrangements for my storage unit to be emptied and closed. My experience with Guardian Storage-Westminster location goes back to 2012. I returned in 2024. GM Tom provides top shelf service. He is exceptional in providing assistance, information and being on top of all matters. If GM Tom ever leaves I’ll have to search for another storage facility.

I had the absolute best experience imaginable with Guardian Storage in Shadyside from beginning to end. Ashlynn on the phone who helped me reserve my unit for three weeks at no charge, Matt in the office who showed me the unit and got me all signed up and acclimated, Ashley in the office who helped with contact information and options for car storage at different locations, and Ray and Terrell who helped us again and again with the freight elevator. I got half off the first 4 months and the unit is clean, climate-controlled and is exactly everything I could have hoped for. The location is amazing and discreet, there are plenty of parking spaces, plenty of carts to help you move your things, and the facility is secure. I needed a unit in a pinch and I couldn't be happier. 5 stars all around!

Excellent service the young lady that helped me was awesome I forgot her name I think it starts with an S but she worked 02/21/26 from open to close and she was great explained everything she was very knowledgeable helpful and patient

I had a great experience renting my unit. Kari provided great customer service - she walked me through my options and the whole rental process, and even showed me to my storage unit to show me how to get in. The facility is very clean and well lit. Would recommend to others!

Ryan McNamara, property manager at the waterfront storage facility has done an excellent job in running the site. It is always clean and neat. Ryan has been very professional in his behavior to me. Last year there was a water leak and it threaten to run into my unit. When I notified him of the problem, he was quick to solve the problem and no damage occurred to any of my belongings.
