I arrived on Saturday- 2/7/26- to move items from my unit and there was still alot of snow around the unit, making it a little difficult to get things moved to my car. Steve and Dave were out shoveling the property and we're so kind to ask if I needed some help. They proceed to help clear a space out in front of the unit and also assisted me with lifting a few of the heavy items into my car. They definitely went above and beyond to provide customer service especially on such a cold and snowy day. Thank you Steve and Dave you are the BEST. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Steve the property manager has gone above and beyond from my first visit to help make a stressful moving situation easier for me. He was able to help me get a good deal on a climate-controlled unit that fit my needs. Despite moving during a busy time around the holidays, he made sure to make time to address a mild maintenance issue. The facilities and location are very clean, easily-accessible, and the complimentary carts have been a huge help with moving my furniture in. Highly recommend Guardian!
