I was a tenant at the Seven Fields Guardian location for two years. Very nice clean facility. Location was great for us storing home items for a downsize move from Mars to Evans City. Great employees there, Chad Murphy and Jay, super friendly and helpful.

I rented two units for a year and 1/2. They managed to get me two right next to each other. They were friendly and available whenever I needed anything. I had easy access to my stuff and it was not damaged at all in the 2013 flood. The unit was clean. When I moved out of the first unit they credited the partial month payment to my other unit. I didn't have to give a month's notice to move out. They were GREAT.

This storage facility (Guardian Storage) is located in an extremely convenient location in Morgantown, Wv. I haven’t had any problems with cleanliness nor a sense of security. The doors used to access the units as well as getting into your personal unit is controlled right off your phone (via Bluetooth). This makes it super convenient when you need to get something from your unit. Finally, all of the staff members at this location are extremely helpful & friendly. I 100% recommend Guardian storage if you’re looking for a clean/secure/reasonably priced place to store your things!!!

I moved out of my storage space here a few months ago after renting a unit from them for more than a year. I can truly say that Matt and all of his staff are amazing, their prices are fair, and the entire building is kept in excellent condition. It is very easy to move in and out: the place has all the different kinds of dollies you might need, and the loading dock is easily accessible. Highly recommended.

This Guardian Storage in West Mifflin on Lebanon Church Rd. is HANDS DOWN the most professional, accommodating, efficient AND affordable facility I’ve ever utilized. Isaiah, the property manager, is not only AMAZING at his job as the property manager, he also managed to answer every single question I had with ease and a smile. (No matter how frazzled I was) I have to say, in all honesty, they made my moving transition SO much more pleasant than any I’ve ever had thus far and I have moved ALOT.. We all know how stressful moving can be and unexpected changes in plans are always bound to happen. Even among all of that, Isaiah and the entire team here managed to take the edge off of the irritations and I couldn’t be more grateful!
