Guardian Storage is excited to announce that we’re accepting reservations for two new Colorado locations opening in July. The new locations in Boulder and Longmont will both offer the premium features and benefits people have come to expect from Guardian. The modern properties will provide the latest in security and amenities, including professional, dedicated property managers, individual storage unit alarms, video recording, fire protection systems, and climate-controlled storage units.
Currently, Guardian has locations in Superior and Westminster, Colorado as well as 12 locations in Pittsburgh, PA. The addition of the Longmont and Boulder properties will allow us to better meet the growing demand in the Denver market. At Guardian Storage, we pride ourselves on providing well maintained, secure properties and superior customer service. We’re excited to become part of the Boulder and Longmont communities, and to offer residents and businesses the security and convenience of premium storage.
As always, professional, experienced, on-site managers will be available to help customers select the best unit to meet their needs. For convenience and comfort, both indoor and drive-up units will be available in a variety of sizes and offer the protection of covered loading docks. Tenants receive a pass code to gain access to the facility 365 days a year through gated entry and alarmed entrance doors.
We know that people use storage for a variety of reasons – for example, combining or separating households, staging their home, during construction of a new home, or to clear out an elderly relative’s home. In almost all cases, our customers are going through some sort of challenging and often emotional transition, so it’s our mission to provide an easy, convenient and supportive experience.
While residents will have a place to store seasonal belongings, fine antiques or other household items, a storage unit can also be a valuable resource for local business owners. Retailers can store extra inventory and fixtures; small businesses can store materials, equipment and supplies; and doctors and attorneys can store important documents and records. We attract a lot of entrepreneurs and sales representatives who use their storage unit as their base of operation. To further assist customers, the properties will offer a variety of amenities such as free WiFi, use of meeting rooms and fax and copier services. In addition, tenants can arrange for packages to be picked up on-site or accepted by a Guardian manager, as well as create individual security codes for each person authorized to access their storage unit.
