We’ve worked hard for our almost 35 years as a company to be known for our high-quality, compassionate service, and are proud to be recognized for our award-winning customer service. This journey started back in 2019 when we received our first Gold Stevie Award. This recognition put us aside top companies such as UPMC, IBM, Zappos, Southwest Airlines, and Michael Kors.
2020 Stevie Award
Last year, in 2020, we received our second Stevie Award for outstanding customer service. It was such an honor to be recognized for our customer service, even as we faced a completely new challenge as a business and society. We pride ourselves on our face-to-face customer service and ability to make connections with our customers. Moving and storing your items can be a scary and stressful time for many people. Giving our customers peace-of-mind by helping them select their unit, providing them with the tools they need, and giving them a company they can trust is essential to us. In 2020, we had to learn how to provide all of this to our customers in a completely new way. Our managers and maintenance specialists worked tirelessly to ensure our customers received the same customer service and excellent treatment, all while staying safe and touch-free.

Now, in 2021, we continue to find new ways to ensure every single one of our customers has a great experience with us. With the honor of receiving another nationally-recognized Stevie Award in customer service, we are proud to be reminded of what is truly important to us – those that we serve. It’s been a bizarre year, to say the least, and we are so grateful for our communities and customers who supported us every step along the way. We look forward to continuing to provide award-winning customer service to everyone who walks through our doors for many years to come!
