Here at Guardian Storage, we love a good “wait, you offer that?” moment. So today, we’re pulling back the curtain on one of our most underrated perks, which is free conference rooms at participating locations across our Pennsylvania, Colorado and West Virginia facilities.

That’s right, no strings attached.

We are a storage facility, but we are about more than just boxes and bubble wrap. We’ve always aimed to be a true partner for the businesses and communities we serve and that means offering practical solutions for the everyday challenges that come with running a business, managing a side hustle or coordinating a big project. 

From our Shred-It events to our community partnerships to our conference rooms, we are here for you. 

Office space is expensive, and finding a quiet, professional spot for a meeting isn’t always easy. A coffee shop has no privacy. A Zoom is full of disruptions on the screen. That’s where we come in.

At participating locations, our free conference rooms are available for meetings of up to eight people. Our rooms have been used for client meetings, interviews, small team planning sessions, or simply for a quiet space to talk about a new project. We offer free wi-fi and complimentary coffee and bottled water with your reservations. There are outlets for devices and on-site parking, also free!

You don’t need to be a current Guardian Storage customer to use one of our conference rooms. Whether you rent with us or not, if you’re in the neighborhood and need a professional space, give your local, participating Guardian Storage a call.

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so a little advance notice goes a long way, but the process couldn’t be simpler.

Find a participating location near you, call ahead to check availability for your preferred date and time, reserve, then just show up, meet and go.
