As 2020 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past year. This year, we had the pleasure of opening a new Guardian Storage property in North Strabane and expanding in Boulder, Colorado. We’ve also been very appreciative to receive quite a few awards and recognitions this year. All of us at Guardian are so proud to be recognized for our customer service, company culture, and property portfolio that we pride ourselves in. Thank you to everyone who helped us grow and succeed in 2020. We look forward to everything 2021 has in store!

2020 Awards & Recognitions : A Year in Review

Customer Service Team of the Year Bronze Stevie Award Winner

This year, Guardian Storage was presented with a Bronze Stevie Award in the Customer Service Team of the Year category in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. This is the second Stevie Award we have been awarded in the last two years – a massive honor that we are so proud of! The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service. More than 2,700 nominations from organizations in 45 nations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.

2020 Top Workplace – Pittsburgh Post-Gazette 

This year, we had the honor of, once again, being named a Top Workplace by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The Pittsburgh best places to work list is based on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey. These surveys measure several aspects of workplace culture including alignment, execution, and connection.

We strive to provide a work environment in which our employees can feel proud and fulfilled. Best of Boulder 2020 – Boulder Weekly

We are so happy to share that we were named the silver winner of Best Storage Facility for Boulder Weekly’s Best of Boulder 2020. This category was introduced in last year’s issue, making this our second year being featured as one of Boulder’s top storage companies! All winners were voted on by local residents.

We are equally happy to share that we were voted the gold winner of Best Storage Facility for Boulder Weekly’s Best of Boulder East County 2020! With quite a few properties located in Boulder East County, we’re so happy to hear that we are a favorite amongst locals!

2020 Best Self Storage Units in Aurora, CO – StorageUnits.com

This year, our new Guardian Storage Aurora property was named a “best storage unit” in Aurora, CO. The list includes 20 top storage unit facilities in the city based on reputation, affordability, proximity, and more. StorageUnits.com evaluated each facility across 25 metrics and five main categories. Results were analyzed for 190 facilities in the Aurora area, and we are so proud to be one of 20 to make the final list.
