Staff is responsive and helpful. Units and building are kept exceptionally clean. You can tell the owners care about the operation they are running! We chose to add a second unit with Guardian rather than shop around because of the staff and the ability to use their storage van.

We’ve been using the conference room at Guardian Storage in Bethel Park for our offsite training sessions, and it’s been an excellent experience every time. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, with a convenient whiteboard and everything we need for both large group meetings (up to six people) and one-on-one sessions.
The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the booking process is quick and simple. The location is easy to access, and parking is never an issue. It’s such a reliable and professional space for our team. We’ll definitely continue using it for future meetings and trainings!

Gina was very helpful in explaining everything. The place is clean. They have restrooms
available. Not sure if you’ve ever started packing up a storage unit and needed to use the restroom but it’s not great lol. Esp for a women.

He was easy to converse with & took us around the facility to see the different sizes of storage they offered. Storage was also clean & convenient as they also provided a van which helped us in moving at a low cost.

Tea and team were very welcoming, professional, and accommodating to all of our needs. The conference room seats six and has a large white board. The restrooms were clean and there is filtered water and coffee available. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
