I had the best experience leasing one of the storage units at the Bethel Park location. The staff was very helpful. Dave was phenomenal in helping me select the perfect storage unit for my needs during this time in my life. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a storage unit with in the Bethel Park or surrounding areas. You will glad you took my recommendation.

Rented about 5 months. Put in a request, within 10 minutes he called me and had me setup. When I just finished moving yesterday, gave him a call and he got me exited in literally 2 minutes.

Facility is right out of the future, elevators are fast, carts are maintained and building is incredibly clean.

We looked at several storage facilities across Broomfield and Westminster. This facility had the most positive reviews. We are so glad the positive reviews are accurate and definitely agree with most of the comments. The facility is clean, well maintained and highly secured with gates and a passcode pad. The facility had useful platform dollies near the doors and a moving truck you can rent for fairly cheap. Most importantly, the customer service is top notch! Sam has been particularly super helpful and amazing throughout the process when we decided to move forward with renting a unit. He’s been responsive to all phone calls and willing to answer any questions we came across. He was knowledgeable of the facility and its offerings, which was helpful in determining the right unit size. We decided to quickly rent a unit last minute, but Sam made the whole process quick and smooth. We couldn’t thank Sam enough for all of the help over the past few weeks and for being so accommodating! Sam is truly the best! We have already recommended the storage facility to family and friends! Plus, Guardian Storage is currently offering discounts for the first two months, which is a nice deal for short term rentals!

Beautiful and well maintained storage facility that has easy & convenient access. Multiple mobile features that makes convenience. Add how they the flat dollies at the entrance points 🫨. I am unable to think of much more they are able to better themselves.

I am grateful I was able to store my household goods in a clean, temperature controlled unit while I was overseas for several years. Very nice storage facility. We've used the conference room a few times for meetings. Tioni was especially nice and helpful! Definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were all set. Everything is kept very clean.
