The whole process of reserving a storage unit with Guardian Storage Parkway East online was a breeze and I immediately received a welcome email from the Property Manager, Dustin Getty. Dustin has also responded to my initial questions quickly which is most appreciated.

I am very pleased with my experience at Guardian Storage Waterfront, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. With one phone call I contacted manager Ryan and he was able to get me the correct size unit that I needed . On one visit the light had failed notified manager Steve and he had his maintenance technician repair it .This is a very well operated, maintained and secure storage facility. Yes I would recommend this storage facility.

Gina and Calvina were amazing! Very helpful and so easy to work with. Process was easy and they explained everything in detail. Very clean facility and easy to use with door codes etc. We used short term and would use them again and recommend to others.

Best storage option in Boulder. All staff are helpful and friendly, prices are either the best or good depending on size. Discounts for paying up front for year rental. Good communication with customers.

All of the staff was amazing and very helpful with my move in and move out! Setting up the lease was super easy and it was terminated the day I moved everything out. I absolutely recommend using this location! Ashley at the front desk is terrific, and Ray offered to help us with our carts during move out without us even asking!
