Guardian really is a community partner. It's wonderful that they offer free business center for anyone, not just customers, to use. The work they do to support worthy organizations is also commendable. Guardian is unlike any other storage company...providing more than just storage solutions.

Rented from Guardian Storage for 3 years and I'm so happy I went here and no where else! I felt my stuff was secure and safe. Check in was smooth and check out was a breeze thanks to Emily!! She was amazing to work with! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

First I want to commend Angie at the desk in Superior for making my move easy and seamless. Oh, also for the Folgers Biscittee coffee recommendation. Then there is Susie at Louisville who solves all problems and keeps the bathroom looking like a 5 star hotel. 🥳

I had a storage unit here for about 2 years and it was fantastic. The facility is well taken care of and the staff is friendly and helpful.. any time I had a question or needed help, I could easily call and chat with a person about my issue.

I have used many storage companies being a Veteran and moving around a lot, I have to say from day one when I first talked to Mike at the Bridgeville location I was sold that this was my place to store things while my life got situated. He was friendly professional and the location was very clean, Mike has been a great help throughout the whole experience, definitely will tell my friends and family about him and his location, Mike keep up the great work this vet appreciates you so much!!!!!

I have used a lot of storage facilities in my life and let me tell you what... Linda is a keeper. She was so courteous and helpful and knowledgeable about her job and answered every one of my questions to my satisfaction. We rented a storage unit here for 3.5 years and loved it! There were never issues with accessing our storage unit, the place was immaculate, and any time we did need any help, the staff was so nice and really responsive. I would highly recommend renting here if you need a storage unit!

Property is clean and well-maintained always accessible no issues whatever. We would definitely use again if we needed storage space. J was very helpful.

Ryan McNamara, property manager at the waterfront storage facility has done an excellent job in running the site. It is always clean and neat. Ryan has been very professional in his behavior to me. Last year there was a water leak and it threaten to run into my unit. When I notified him of the problem, he was quick to solve the problem and no damage occurred to any of my belongings.
