We have rented from several storage units in the past. Guardian Storage in Robinson is by far the best. Great price and super clean. Easy to get in and out. Highly recommend.

Guardian Storage is awesome. Especisññy Emily and Jason. Very curtious and friendly. My company is working in thr area ans we get. Many packages here daily nit only did they reciwve them but thet always called mw when it arrived and they also put it in the storage unit. Talk about service. Thank you very much for making this a great experiance.

Outstanding customer service with reservation and then setup. I have dealt with this company for years and every time they have gone above and beyond with their service. I would highly recommend this company over others I have used. The property manager Donna Stark is a credit to this company!

Donna was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with a discrepancy on my contract. Thanks to her support, I was able to pay and complete everything on Tuesday. She was so knowledgeable, taking the time to show us around the facility and offering helpful guidance about when the mover arrived with our staff. Her warm and friendly attitude made the whole process very smooth, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the storage area was. Donna truly has excellent customer service skills, and I always look forward to my visits because of her! Huge thanks to Donna for all her kindness and help—she really is fantastic.

Mike the property manager is awesome!! If u need to rent a storage unit I highly recommend this place. I have dealt with them for the past 6 years. Have always been very accommodating. I am actually going to miss them. Hope I find someone half as good as them in florida.

Great experience at this Guardian location especially storing my child’s furniture and items over the summer as she’s a student at Pitt. The facilities are clean and well lit and everything we stored was intact and in good condition. And Jacob, the property manager, was extremely accomplished to work with—-he was kind polite and always available for any questions we had regarding move in/out and billing. Will use them again and recommend them to all Pitt students!

Place is always clean and maintained. Michael the PM is always quick to notify my team and I of when any packages are delivered for us to store in our unit. Any issues we do have are addressed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend
