Wonderful customer experience! The woman was so sweet, calm voice yet provided a professional attitude and kindly walked me through the process of setting up a unit online and sending me the documents needed to get my entry code and storage unit number. Very helpful, calm, friendly. Perfect for her role. I give her praise of the highest 5 stars. I hope all customer service workers follow her lead. I will pass along a good review for this Hampton location. Very large and clean, safe. I'm pleased and won't trust anyone else with my belongings. Nothing bad to say, great crew!

Noel and John have been incredible! They were very friendly and helpful! I used the e-cycle unit during my visit, and had a wonderful experience! The building was clean and very well taken care of, I will gladly return to this location!

When you turn into the driveway, there is an annoying dip in the road, from a storm drain grate, and the "no u-turns" intersection is inconvenient. That's just a heads up. I don't blame them.
I really like the convenience where I load my unit. The carts are a good size. I feel like it is almost impossible to get them around a corner without smacking against the walls, but that's better than a small cart.
The employee I talked to, Noel (probably spelled wrong, sorry) was very friendly and helpful. I really like the place.

Working with Brian and Steph has been a great experience. They were both so helpful and walked me through several options to find the right fit and provided insight on the most affordable options. Airport and Macungie locations are both great. Would recommend. :)

The property manager, Kari, made for a great experience.

Guardian’s corporate policy of not refunding the remainder of a final unused month, on the other hand, could use some work. Perhaps all storage units are that way, idk.

Also, receiving a letter from Guardian that the rental unit cost was going to go up almost $100/month after only 5 months of usage was also unsavory.

This is a top-notch Guardian storage facility. The spaces are clean and the climate controlled ones are exactly as advertised. Bathrooms and water are also on site. They have a useful app which is nice. What has stood out most though has been the customer service. Tea, the manager, has been remarkably helpful. He made getting us into a unit very easy and took extra time to answer a lot of questions with highly thoughtful, useful answers. I highly recommend this location.

This Guardian storage facility is super clean and well maintained. I feel very safe going any time of day. Gina and Calvina in office were very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting a size for our belongings. I would highly recommend this facility.
