Ms. Cruse was so warm and welcoming. She got our account set up and thoroughly explained all the information we needed to know and answered all of our questions. She was knowledgable and friendly and managed to cover a lot of information in a very short amount of time! 10 out of 10 for her!

Shayla was a big help, we weren’t sure what the sizes of the storages were so she took us to see them to be sure what we needed.

We love our storage garage. Everyone is so nice and eager to help! It is a great price and nice/clean facility. My husband accidentally lost our key to our lock and they quickly helped us get into our unit and gave us a spare lock to use until we could get our own replacement!

Cindy was outstanding. Even though I’m a tenant at another facility, she moved fast and helped me secure a truck within 30 minutes. She handled everything with urgency and professionalism, and she also made sure the vehicle was free of any damage by coordinating a thorough walk-through with Terry. 1/2026 My experience at Guardian Storage has been excellent. I highly recommend this place. The best part was interacting with the employees that were super nice and helpful. Stephanie was just great.

As REAL customer service has declined over the years to just lip service, my experience at guardian storage was the real thing. People trying to actually help the customer.

Another benefit is that they have a conference room for your use and a moving van that you can rent for very small fee relatively speaking.

Great work keep up what you guys are doing.!
