Very good experience in reserving storage units. The facility is well maintained, nice and clean. The manager, Gina is so nice and personable, she made the process enjoyable. We recommend this storage facility and will use them for all of our storage needs.

I visited the Guardian Storage facility in Hampton Twp. and was immediately impressed on how clean and well kept it was! The manager, Zach, was fantastic - very customer focused, incredibly patient in answering all my questions (and I had a lot), very knowledgeable about literally everything I needed to know and things I didn't even think to ask. I was considering two different sizes in their climate control facility and he provided a tour of where those various sized storage units were located, which was super helpful! Honestly, this is a full service facility (with a business center and coffee station), they're customer focused, courteous, helpful and friendly! If you need a safe and secure storage facility to hold any or all your "stuff" - this is the place to go - you won't be disappointed!

I love this storage location! The staff is very friendly and very helpful and they will work with you in any situation. The atmosphere is very nice and clean. They have a lot of online deals and are flexible in some cases. I had the pleasure of working with Steve. He is very awesome and has made this transition in my life a lot easier.

The company I work for has used Guardian Storage for over 10 years, we had (I think) the 10'x25'. Very nice staff there who was always helpful when I needed anything. The place is very secure and climate controlled. This is a great centralized location for the Westminster area and I would highly recommend!

I had a great experience renting my unit. Kari provided great customer service - she walked me through my options and the whole rental process, and even showed me to my storage unit to show me how to get in. The facility is very clean and well lit. Would recommend to others!

I run a nonprofit, and we've stored our materials at Guardian for several years now. Tom is always helpful and great with returning calls or emails when I have a question or concern. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and its super-convenient location. Definitely a good experience!

Mike and his team have been so helpful while we’ve needed storage for a cross country move! From providing a walk thru of available units, to helping us transfer to a larger unit Mike always met me with a smile and willingness to help! On the day of the move, Mike helped the movers navigate their large truck and made sure we were all set. Our 10x15 unit is clean and completely fits all of our furniture and boxes. Mike and Wilda made this such an easy and pleasant experience!

I’ve had a great experience at this location. Diana, the Property Manager, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. It’s clear she really cares about the property and the people using it.
I also want to give a shout-out to Patricia, the maintenance tech. The facility is well-maintained and clean, and her hard work definitely shows. It’s rare to find a team that is both professional and genuinely friendly. Highly recommend this specific Guardian Storage if you're looking for a place that is run well!
