I rented a unit for about 3 years. I never had any issues. The storage facility was clean and easily accessible. The move in and move out process was very simple. No surprises! The periodic document shredding events were a bonus 😊

We are using Guardian Storage Morgantown to store my daughter’s college apartment belongings over the summer, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Gina and her staff were incredibly helpful, beginning with my first phone call when I had several questions about the process.

Gina patiently walked us through downloading the app and getting signed in, making move-in day seamless and stress-free. She also gave us a tour of the facility, which was exceptionally clean, well-lit, and well-maintained — even the bathrooms were spotless.

Security was a major concern for us, and Guardian Storage Morgantown clearly takes it seriously. The bright lighting, both inside and outside the facility, along with the keypad entry system, provided real peace of mind.

An added bonus was the complimentary use of their moving truck with a new storage rental — an incredibly helpful perk that made the process even easier and more affordable.

I would confidently recommend Guardian Storage Morgantown to WVU students and parents looking for a safe, clean, secure, and professionally managed storage solution.

Great location and really easy use. Very quick setup and unit close out. They even gave me a unit right next to an entryway so no long hauls for my belongings. Warm, welcome and ready to help you find what you need, and the welcome offer can’t be beat. Would definitely recommend.

I love this Storage. Very friendly staff and Emily was very helpful. She made my unfortunate moving situation flow like it was nothing. From the helpful truck they provide to assisting me with access to my unit. Emily provided a customer service experience that made a lasting impression. I will absolutely use this facility in the future and in the months to come. Did I mention the coffee bar and little Debbie's? Nice touch. Thanks alot.
