The Frederick Colorado Guardian Storage property manager Kenzie Self is an amazing person- she helped me through the process of transfer, lease agreements, my ten million questions, and of course with the access codes over the past several years. She keeps the office organized and was very kind to my friend who was not feeling well and needed some time to rest. She is well qualified for management and she is certainly someone I would recommend to another potential tenant. Likewise, she is someone I would like the Guardian chain to consider for promotion, as her professional demeanor and strength of character will reflect well on the company as a whole.
For reference, I was in units 024 and 025 after the lease was transferred to me from my father- who several years ago made sure I talk with Kenzie! :)

Loved our experience at Guardian. We booked two months so we could have a storage place to vacate our apartment and slowly move into our new townhome. Trish was above and beyond -- we loved all of our communication with her (thanks for the grape candy) and we will be back. We actually have two more storage units but a few towns over and not kept up well. Once we downsize we will be back at Guardian since it's so close to where we live now. Thank you Trish - I hope you tried that Magic Coffee!

Fantastic experience, needed a quick short term storage solution for a vehicle and found what we needed and had space rented and vehicle in the storage unit all within 2 hours. Shaela was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend Guardian. Property is clean, secure and convenient location.
