*Advertised rental rates are introductory, discounted, and promotional in nature. They are subject to availability and may change at any time. Advertised rental rates are not guaranteed for any set timeframe and may be increased with a 30-day written notice. A reservation is required to secure the introductory and promotional rate. A reservation does not guarantee the availability of any unit.

Pricing and rate information does not include any applicable taxes or additional fees outlined under Tenant’s Rental Agreement. Promotions are good for first-time customers only unless otherwise specified and are limited in time and discount percentage as referenced (for example, 50% off 1 month). Promotions may not be available on all unit sizes. Features may vary by location. Promotions are not available on transfers or additional spaces. Promotions are not valid with any other discount or promotional offers. Promotions have No cash value.

Unit sizes are approximate. Tenant is not relying on the measurements referenced on the Website. A one-time $25 administration fee is required to set up customer account and security access. All tenants must insure or protect their stored goods. To complete its reservation, Tenant will be automatically enrolled in the site’s Protection Plan at the minimum rate of $12 per month, however the Plan can be cancelled and the Plan fee credited to the tenant account in full if Tenant provides proof of insurance within 30 days of move-in.

**At participating locations, the truck use is subject to a completed rental agreement. Truck reservation times are on a first come first served basis and availability is subject to change. The property manager will need to confirm truck availability and time with the customer prior to customer use. Other terms and conditions apply. Please see property manager for details.
