The process was explained clearly and the rental handled promptly and efficiently by Prescott, the Property Manager, including using my homeowners higher coverage for personal property than the maximum offered by Guardian.

I'm impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness and thoughtfulness behind this storage facility. The manager, Christina, is super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and organized. She made the move-in process fast and easy. So refreshing in a storage experience!

I moved out of my storage space here a few months ago after renting a unit from them for more than a year. I can truly say that Matt and all of his staff are amazing, their prices are fair, and the entire building is kept in excellent condition. It is very easy to move in and out: the place has all the different kinds of dollies you might need, and the loading dock is easily accessible. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility throughout as well as the availability of equipment to move my items to and from the unit.
Mr. Pater was very courteous & respectful from the initial point of contact over the phone right through to the viewing of the property in person.
Allowing me to view my space ahead of time was really helpful, it gave me an opportunity to properly plan the storage strategy that would work best for me.
I also appreciate the safe & simple entry & exit process.
I highly recommend Guardian storage facilities.
