As a part this transition, we wanted to inform you of some of the exciting programs and enhancements we will be making to the property in the coming year so that we can continue to serve you at the highest level:

• Upgraded Video Surveillance. We will be increasing the quality and number of cameras on the property to give you more peace of mind that your belongings are safe and secure.
• New Leasing Office. We will be remodeling our office to include more security monitors, a conference room for our tenants to use and a packing supplies store.
• Free Moving Truck. We will be bringing in a 14’ box truck for our tenants to use at their convenience.  No rental fee.  25 free miles every time you use the truck.
• Climate Controlled Storage. In the near future, we will begin construction on a multi-story climate controlled storage building, featuring drive up and interior climate controlled space in a variety of sizes.  Each unit in this building will be individually alarmed with your own access code.
• Landscaping and Painting. Over time, we will be painting our property and improving the landscape in order to present ourselves better to our community.
