Stephanie is great to work with. My storage unit was the perfect size, very clean and the whole area secure.

New high tech locks are easy to use and quick to set up. This is a new facility and very clean. Manager was friendly and helpful getting us set up with our units and making sure we understood how to use the Noke app to access the property.

Very knowledgeable about all units, willing to take us around the property to tour different units and very nice

We are about to move into a new unit that’s a little smaller than our current place so we decided to get a storage unit rather than try to crunch everything into the smaller unit. We put Guardian at the top of our list because of the good reviews and I’m glad we did. Jordan is so friendly and so helpful, working with us to figure out exactly what we needed. He was excellent and the customer service was so great that we immediately chose to go with them. The facility is clean and easy accessible. No complaints or concerns at all. Definitely check them out if you need a unit!

The property manager, Kenzie took her time to explain the units they had until I was able to decide what was best for my needs. Also explained the contract so it could be understood.

This is my second time using guardian storage. The first time, I did everything online, in terms of renting. This time, I went through the office and Javon, the manager, was so great! He made the process so easy and he is always available to help. The pricing is great and the place is very secure. I am glad I decided to go through this location again! Def recommend renting storage here if you need it! Shout out to Javon as well!

First I want to commend Angie at the desk in Superior for making my move easy and seamless. Oh, also for the Folgers Biscittee coffee recommendation. Then there is Susie at Louisville who solves all problems and keeps the bathroom looking like a 5 star hotel. 🥳

This is my first time having a storage unit, but I can say the setup process was great. There was no problems. It was easy to get set up. I was set up within 10 minutes. Had a storage unit and I haven't had any problems since the receptionist i worked with forgive me for not remembering your name. Was delightful and love talking to her, and she seems like a great person to deal with!

I have used this storage facility for years with good experience. The new owners recently installed updated security and unit locking technology as a facility upgrade. The facility is kept both clean and secure. Wes and the staff are very helpful to customers and a big plus for to the operation of the facility. Grade A.
