I am in the process of downsizing my mothers house and looking for storage. I visited the facility. It surpassed my expectations. Clean, secure and the most professional, friendly and accessible staff I can recall in any customer service capacity in recent memory.
The pricing was right on, the facility was well lit and I would feel safe my wife going there alone after hours. It was refreshing both times I stopped in the facility was staffed. Many others got rid of on site management which made me feel unsafe and I definitely wouldnt feel comfortable storing there. Donna was a breath of fresh air, answered all my questions, and didnt hard sell me. She annotated the sale date for my moms house and will call me and we will do the reservation in a most timely manner.
Anyone looking for storage needs to check out Guardian. It was refreshing to have my expectations exceeded. Donna is a gem and deserves a raise. She was that good.
I had a great experience with Kenzie at Guardian Storage. She went above and beyond to help me move into a different unit and made the whole process incredibly easy. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out for me. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and I really appreciate all the help. Highly recommend this location!

Our giving is focused in three key areas: Educating Our Youth, Neighbors in Need and Green Communities.
Educating Our Youth
We believe education is the key to strengthening our communities. Through relationships with organizations like The Education Partnership, A Precious Child and Kids in Need Foundation, we have provided homework kits and backpacks full of school supplies to more than 3,000 local students in need through our Adopt-A-School and Fill A Backpack programs.
Green Communities
It is our responsibility to contribute to a cleaner environment. We invest in several initiatives like our free annual Shred-It Events, Pittsburgh electronics recycling program and our partnership with the Western PA Conservancy to create community gardens in public areas.
Neighbors in Need
We support a variety of local and national non-profit organizations, such as One Warm Coat and Knock Knock Give A Sock by offering our time, free storage or by collecting donations to help our neighbors in need. We also sponsor a variety of causes annually in Pittsburgh and Colorado, such as JWILL Pink Village and Suits for Soldiers and hold fundraisers to support community members battling diseases or disasters. Another way we bring solutions to our communities is through our free conference room program, available with no strings attached, for use by local businesses and groups.
