The process to sign up for a storage unit on the website was extremely easy and fast. When I showed up the next day, Steph was extremely friendly and helpful in showing me to my unit. The facility itself is extremely clean and seems extremely secure. I also appreciate how they have music playing inside. I have rented at a dozen or so storage facilities over the course of my life and this is definitely a top-tier facility and I’m glad I went with guardian. Location is also very convenient, very close to major highways and local shopping centers and restaurants.

I had the absolute best experience imaginable with Guardian Storage in Shadyside from beginning to end. Ashlynn on the phone who helped me reserve my unit for three weeks at no charge, Matt in the office who showed me the unit and got me all signed up and acclimated, Ashley in the office who helped with contact information and options for car storage at different locations, and Ray and Terrell who helped us again and again with the freight elevator. I got half off the first 4 months and the unit is clean, climate-controlled and is exactly everything I could have hoped for. The location is amazing and discreet, there are plenty of parking spaces, plenty of carts to help you move your things, and the facility is secure. I needed a unit in a pinch and I couldn't be happier. 5 stars all around!
