Steve was very helpful for me with both updating my payment method for my unit. I had a rough day since I was trying to downsize my unit but unfortunately I wasn't able to fit everything in the new one. Not only did Steve save the day by ensuring I can keep my old unit but he also helped get me a lower price per month. Really above and beyond and great customer service! Thanks!

The service here is above and beyond whatever you might expect out of a storage facility. I had cleared my unit out for a move-out. I had left the lock on to remove later but had to leave town quickly for a family emergency. Tea, the manager, was very understanding and cut the lock for me without the normal fee.

Tea and his maintenance worker, Miguel, were also super helpful and took care of a mark left by some leaking equipment that I had started to clean but didn’t get to finish up on. This is the kind of stuff many other places would have used as an opportunity to get an extra $100, and instead they decided to help out the customer instead. It’s a rare thing nowadays.

Besides the friendly and accommodating staff, the place is spotless and easy to access. Just keep an eye out on your bill, as the monthly pricing made two big jumps over a short period of time.

Mat (property manager) was great to work with—he made the entire process easy and took the time to clearly explain everything.

The facility is quick and convenient to access, with 24-hour availability, which is a huge plus.

The premises are very clean and well-maintained. It’s also fenced and gated, making it feel safe and secure.

Overall, a great experience.
