Master class in Customer Service!
I filled out the interest form at about 2am.

I got a call about 9am.
I politely asked them to call me back in an hour and they did.

They answered all my questions and calculated my price for the time I needed to use the facility.

I went and toured the facility, EXTREMELY clean, great lighting and just an overall positive feel.

I told them that I actually booked a storage company before I found them and that I would go see that place and comeback if I didn’t like the other place.

Needless to say that I came back and I am happy that I did!

It cost only little more than the other storage place but the price difference was nothing when comparing the two locations and the customer service was PHENOMENAL!!!

The manager, Greg, is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The property is very clean and the process is simple. We are second time customers and will probably just leave Christmas, and other items not in use on a daily basis, here indefinitely. It’s easier to access than our attic and leaves our garage clutter free. Great company! I highly recommend Guardian Storage, specifically the Bethel Park location!

The office staff are great people to deal with.
They are very accommodating with any request I have had.
The storage units and the facilities are very clean and well maintained.
The use of the van has been especially helpful during our move.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone that needs a storage unit.

As an old uhaul employee I just have to say, this facility was better than expected and its people are amazing. Just have to say thank you to Steve for helping out and the guys in the office there for being cool, funny, and helpful. Needed everything done in 1/2 a day, no time to play around; and they jumped up and got me a room and even the free truck. Had to travel for the truck but thats ok because they told me about that right away. I love honesty with a no bullcrap attitude; and they have that here. Thank you guys for all your help; and I'll be sure to talk about this location to others!
