I have used many various vendors and other businesses to assist in my own business operations, and I must say Guardian Storage simply goes above & beyond. I recently rented a storage unit for my business and I am already looking at options to rent an additional unit, because the facilities here are top notch. Every aspect: from leasing with Colleen, to a tour from Irwin, an offer of a beverage from Patrick, or a chat about the landscaping with Jeff, shows how much Guardian Storage cares. Truly first class! Secure, clean, friendly storage. Fantastic. In the short time I've been a customer, already I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Jeff (grounds crew), Colleen, Patrick, & Irwin (front office). Every single member of Guardian Storage has been welcoming (amenities on-site) and so professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend. Stephanie is THE WARMEST human being we’ve ever met. Plus, she is competent and solution-minded. We’re actually going to miss storing our things here when the time comes! You will get excellent customer service and that makes all the difference. I honestly can’t think of one reason not to store your treasures here.

I can't recommend Guardian Storage Fox Chapel highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the staff genuinely made all the difference.

The facility itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained — exactly what you want when trusting someone with your belongings. But what really set them apart was the level of care and accommodation. When a scheduling hiccup came up on my end, they generously gave us five additional days at no extra charge. That kind of flexibility and understanding is rare these days.

They also lend their truck free of charge, which made moving so much easier and saved us both time and money. Access to the units was simple and convenient throughout.

Every interaction with the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers, not just the transaction.

A huge thank you to Dave for reaching out to me right before the holiday! He was incredibly thoughtful and strongly recommended that I come by to check my storage unit first, just in case I wanted to switch to a different one. That really gave me peace of mind and made the whole process much easier.
