Excellent Customer Service! I was using the online sign up and was about done when a gal came out to let me know she had called the facility manager to come back to the office. She pulled up at the same time. I went in and she helped me finish the sign up & I was on my way. Unit was clean and ready to go. Super sweet people & very nice place!

John at Guardian Storage in Superior was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and completely stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt completely taken care of. It is rare to find that level of dedication and great customer service these days. He is professional, personable, and truly a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend working with him!

I can’t sing my praises enough about this facility. The staff truly sets this place apart. Miguel Vargas always goes above and beyond the call of customer service for me. He is truly a gem. The manager, Tea, is incredibly kind and accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. These guys and the rest of the staff through the years are the reason I have been a loyal customer for years. Keep up the wonderful service!

Joseph the property manager is honestly the best! My family and I were in tough circumstances. We needed a storage unit asap! And with very short notice, Joseph made things quick & easy. He also showed us around the property. Then took us to our unit, even helping us load the carts on to the elevator. The property is very clean throughout the whole building. Also my children loved the jolly ranchers in the lobby!

T. (manager) went above and beyond to handle unexpected issue caused by previous renter leaving broken items in unit. She cleaned it out herself so I could unload and move in on time.

Had an amazing experience renting here for a little over a year. The employees are so kind and helpful at every step. My climate controlled indoor unit was so reasonably priced and the carts they provide always made it easy to move things around. The building was always clean and easy to get into whenever I needed. Couldn’t recommend this facility more!
