My experience with Guardian Storage Shadyside was nothing short of pleasant. Every staff member I interacted with was so helpful and kind. Ray and Matt went the extra mile for me on my moving days!! The facility is clean and accessible. I would absolutely recommend it to those in need of storage.

Steve was very helpful for me with both updating my payment method for my unit. I had a rough day since I was trying to downsize my unit but unfortunately I wasn't able to fit everything in the new one. Not only did Steve save the day by ensuring I can keep my old unit but he also helped get me a lower price per month. Really above and beyond and great customer service! Thanks!
