Great experience from start to finish. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff (Donna and Kenzie) was friendly, professional, and very helpful with answering questions and getting everything set up quickly. I also appreciated how well-maintained the property was and how safe I felt storing my belongings there. Pricing was fair, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable storage!

The team here is fantastic! We had 3 units with them for 2 years! They are such a friendly and professional team, always willing to go above and beyond (we were 800 miles away the entire time) and were always very responsive anytime I needed anything. If I ever need to store again in the area, I will ALWAYS choose this location. Highly recommend!

Master class in Customer Service!
I filled out the interest form at about 2am.

I got a call about 9am.
I politely asked them to call me back in an hour and they did.

They answered all my questions and calculated my price for the time I needed to use the facility.

I went and toured the facility, EXTREMELY clean, great lighting and just an overall positive feel.

I told them that I actually booked a storage company before I found them and that I would go see that place and comeback if I didn’t like the other place.

Needless to say that I came back and I am happy that I did!

It cost only little more than the other storage place but the price difference was nothing when comparing the two locations and the customer service was PHENOMENAL!!!

The manager, Greg, is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The property is very clean and the process is simple. We are second time customers and will probably just leave Christmas, and other items not in use on a daily basis, here indefinitely. It’s easier to access than our attic and leaves our garage clutter free. Great company! I highly recommend Guardian Storage, specifically the Bethel Park location!

They are very accommodating with any request I have had.
The storage units and the facilities are very clean and well maintained.
The use of the van has been especially helpful during our move.
