We have been using the free conference room at the monroeville route 22 location frequently during the past year. It is convenient, clean and a perfect size for an out of office meeting for 4-6 people. The staff there are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We love this place!

Highly recommend this place to store your items. They are accommodating, beyond helpful, communicative and considerate. Some places never care about what you have going on, but Zach went above and beyond to assist me in a hard time while dealing with my storage unit. I will never forget their kindness and appreciate the way they run their business.

I stored my car in a drive up unit while I had work done on my house and garage. The unit was clean and large enough to comfortably drive the car in and get out easily. The unit was not temperature controlled but it was on the north side of the building and had several floors of units above it. That made my unit cool even during the hottest part of the day. That is why I chose Guardian for this purpose. I would do the same if I have a similar need in the future.

This is the first time renting from this facility. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and ease of access through the app. I also very much appreciate the professionalism of the property manager, Zack! He was extremely helpful and made the process seem less and easy!
