Very nice and understanding. I had missed my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and Ms.Jerrome was still very polite, and able to answer all my questions.

John and Noel were excellent!! Answered all of questions and were very courteous and informative. I would recommend them highly

This is one of the best storage units that I have ever used. Customer service is really nice and there to assist if they can. The facility is clean, convenient and they have dollys there for your moving in or out use.

Rarely do I ever give a storage company five stars; but between the excellent customer service that I received from both first the Sales Associate "Shaela" and then from the calm, cool and collective professionalism displayed from Property Manager "Diana" at Guardian Storage 31st Street, this is well deserved! I mean, although we were an hour late returning the jam-packed truck that still needed to be unloaded; NOT TO MENTION, the potential customers were waiting FOR THE TRUCK in the lobby when we FINALLY arrived, Ms Diana greeted us as if we we'd walked into the lobby for the very first time!! And to top it off, we realized that we needed a larger storage unit as well; but after a few keystrokes on her computer, then a tap, tap, tap on the in-system's tablet thinga-ma-gig... PRESTO!!! Here comes the revised contract to be signed, and a copy for my records too! Hell, we were in & out of that Guardian Storage lobby on 31st Street quicker than a Burger King drive through!!

I've been going to Guardian Storage for several years. I used them 10 years ago when I traveled abroad for a year, and chose to come back to them because of their great service.

Great facilities. Mgr John was very helpful.

This location accepts e-recycle like microwaves free of charge. No TVs or monitors but most others are accepted.

Great place just expensive! Each loading dock has 3 parking spaces, plenty of big carts, carpeted hallways so carts aren't super loud, music plays over head, clean units as it is brand new building as of 2024. Wish it was more affordable

Amazon on customer service and friendly. Really appreciate the easy access and how quick and painless, very friendly . Fantastic service!! Danny did awesome!!

Signed up for a storage unit online and have used other guardian sites in the past but I have to say I went in to access my unit for the first time today and Matt and Ray at the Shadyside location were so friendly and helpful and such a delight to deal with as a customer I feel entirely confident I made the best selection choice possible, they are so great made the whole experience a 10/10, highly recommend!

Matt was great to deal with over the phone, fantastic help. Very easy to access and get set up and to then close up when I was finished with Storage. Easily use them again and again! Cheers
