Had a fantastic storage experience here with Guardian at Fort Collins North the last 16 months. It has always felt safe and secure and never have had any issues. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, especially Colleen - she’s amazing!

Arranging a rental with Guardian was so easy and pain-free! I selected and paid for my rental online (and got a 50% off first 2 months of rent coupon on their site). Before even getting to Guardian in person, I was able to redirect a furniture delivery to the location. I called ahead to give them a heads up and Dave took care of everything. I got there minutes after the delivery driver and Dave was already at the dock, assisting to unload furniture. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I have never rented a storage unit before, but any expectations I did have, have been blown away.

I recently rented a storage unit at this new location. The team there was very helpful and customer-service oriented. Zach was especially friendly, and he helped with all my questions, including the scheduling and use if their moving van, which is a terrific free amenity. I highly recommend this business.
