I had a large unit in the Superior facility and needed to downsize. Thomas was so helpful and set me up at the Louisville location. Great facility with bluetooth entry; clean, convenient location.

Too expensive. Almost $200 per month! The temperature of the storage is comfortable. I think I have a 10×10. Not able to double check while I am posting on this site. They do have a free, large van available when moving in.

Very clean, nice management she was really helpful from moving me to another unit even she even showed me other units to see which I prefer this is your place to store your stuff it’s safe and secure

I dropped off some electronics for recycling at the Monroeville 22 store and the rumors are true! They take electronics (but not televisions or computer monitors). It was quick, easy and free. Tioni was friendly and helpful and I can’t recommend this location enough.

Erwin was wonderful! He showed me the unit before going over all the prices and fine details. Total time was less than 15 minutes before I was able to start moving my stuff in. The facility is immaculate, climate controlled, has plenty of moving carts, and elevators!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for storage, this is the best place by a mile. Extremely clean, and the staff, Ray, Ashley, and Matthew, are extremely helpful and keep things moving smoothly on busy move days. Go here.
