The staff at this Guardian location have always been very helpful and pleasant. They take the time to explain things, they are friendly, and have gone out of their way to make my storage experience less stressful. The facility is clean and in good repair. I always feel that my items are safe. I would recommend this storage location to anybody.

We looked at several storage facilities across Broomfield and Westminster. This facility had the most positive reviews. We are so glad the positive reviews are accurate and definitely agree with most of the comments. The facility is clean, well maintained and highly secured with gates and a passcode pad. The facility had useful platform dollies near the doors and a moving truck you can rent for fairly cheap. Most importantly, the customer service is top notch! Sam has been particularly super helpful and amazing throughout the process when we decided to move forward with renting a unit. He’s been responsive to all phone calls and willing to answer any questions we came across. He was knowledgeable of the facility and its offerings, which was helpful in determining the right unit size. We decided to quickly rent a unit last minute, but Sam made the whole process quick and smooth. We couldn’t thank Sam enough for all of the help over the past few weeks and for being so accommodating! Sam is truly the best! We have already recommended the storage facility to family and friends! Plus, Guardian Storage is currently offering discounts for the first two months, which is a nice deal for short term rentals!

The ladies at the front are amazing. Every time I come in I am greeted with huge smiles and such enthusiasm. The building is amazing and always so cozy but the ladies are what makes the store. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. I am grateful for such caring people. The world needs more Gina and Calvina’s.

Needed short term storage and the inside storage areas were perfect for this. The place is always clean and well maintained The recent price increase was reasonable but put it a bit above my budget. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

It was a little challenging to set up the reservation in May because the colleges increased demand, but once I did, Matt made everything easy and actually fun. Matt is great to work with and he deserves a raise for managing two very busy facilities.

This was truly an experience I will not forget. Putting items that you value into storage can be stressful, you want to have a safe area and be able to rely on the people you are renting the space from. I am so impressed with Stefanie and thr security she maintains. My interactions with her have been so positive and she communicated well. She explained the process clearly and with tact. I felt confident that I wasnt being hassled or pressured in any way. Thank you for helping me feel safe and content utilizing this location. 10 out of 10 starts for me!
