The facility is very clean. Mat was incredibly helpful and patient with not only me, but the moving company bringing my belongings from another state. Highly recommend!

James customer service is on point and on time. Last week I came into the facility and was greeted immediately. Every question I had was answered to the best of his ability. The truck was all booked for the week but J found me a good day for the following week. Let's talk about tag team. So Aug 26 is my day for the truck (side note I had a devastating death in the family) I was greated upon walking in by again James and Im sorry I don't rem the young ladies name who had the white guardian sweatshirt on. They worked well as a team. They got me through the rental process faster than receiving a meal at Wendy's. James was very informative even upon returning the vehicle I was thanked for being a customer. I thanked James bc in the mist of my storm just his simple customer service def was a highlight in my bad day.......

I don't care how much you're paying Tioni to run this place, she deserves double. She treats every tenant like they're a guest in her home. On my last visit, I borrowed the truck to dispose of some of the items in the unit. It was a hot day, and I had left my car windows down to keep it a little cooler, but while I was out, an intense thunderstorm came out of nowhere and produced torrential rain. Tioni went out to the parking lot in that terrible weather to put trash bags over my seats so my car interior wouldn't get soaked. She is also the most organized and professional person you could have managing the business. I would give this place 10 stars just for her.

Will Definitely Use This Facility Again

I just want to take this time to thank the staff during my time of need. I hired movers for my move out Friday 10/18/2024. Consequently, I had to seek another alternative the following day. The staff not only helped me but also my family member move & pack my U-haul van in less than 30mins!!

Guardian was great! I temporarily needed storage for a couple months and the process was very easy, no hidden fees or tricks. If I ever need storage again I know where to go.

We would recommend guardian storage to everyone. It was the easiest and best experience ever during a stressful time. Mike the manager was easy to work with and very very accommodating. Thank you !

The services here are great I’ve never had a problem with them unlike extra space storage my unit was broken into and nothing was ever replaced over $5000 worth of things was stolen .
