Your main duty is to create a great place for people that are often in a tough or uncomfortable transition, get to know them, recommend solutions, and help them get what they need in storage. Additionally:

Managing day to day operations of the facility including cash, receipts, collections, payments and making a daily deposit timely and accurately.

Following the Sales Process by being excited about each new opportunity, making return calls, calling people that may fall behind and using the software to help you along the way

Recommending and implementing marketing strategies based on competitor information and your own great ideas.

Managing a maintenance staff and making sure your property is kept to Guardian Standards

Mentoring and Training when the opportunity presents itself. Every person you meet has something to teach you and that you can teach them. Do it!
