I am very happy to provide this review for John who works at the Guardian Storage.

We were supposed to vacate the Storage Unit the day before the Fall Semester started but we couldn't enter the building since we lost the access code. After having spent an hour trying all sorts of codes we drove to the closest Guardian office a few miles away and met John who was about to leave home after closing the office (on a Sunday at 4:00PM).

We explained him the situation. What truly stands out about John is his willingness to go the extra mile (in his personal time) to help a customer in problems. After doing his job, he drove to the Bloomfield Office and patiently waited for us to vacate the unit.

This selfless act of John helped us move out and head back home that evening (instead of staying at a motel overnight and vacate the unit the next day). I really appreciate Guardian Management for having people like John in their team.

I used this facility to store some items over the summer. The staff is very pleasant,professional, and polite. The storage facility itself is clean and secure. I would recommend for storage needs.

Matthew (Matt) is hands down the best manager of the Bloomfield location. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to work with me and my requests. From informing me about my storage unit, to moving in, the moving truck, coming up with solutions, and getting into my storage unit. He was patient and worked so hard to make sure I was accommodated and I am so grateful to have him work with me through that stressful process. He deserves some recognition for his outstanding costumer service and didn’t complain a single time. Ask for Matt, he will take great care of you! Thank you so much!

We have had a unit at Guardian Storage for approximately two years. The building is clean, organized, and easily accessible. We use it to store emergency placement bags for local foster children, so we often visit at odd hours. At no point have I felt unsafe, hot or cold (Got to love the climate controled units) . Mike Hoening, the property manager, is always very helpful and has consistently gone above and beyond to assist us whenever we need help. I highly recommend this location!

Every couple months they raise prices. Has happened a couple times this year already. Paid late, said 24hours now I'm locked out for 48? No access, no help to resolve

Competitive rates, awesome staff, had a huge no-no & John bailed me out big time!
