This is my second time using Guardian in Shadyside, I came back because Matthew Russell, and the rest of the staff are top notch. They always go above and beyond, excellent customer service, clean facility, competitive prices, you can't go wrong with these guys!

Ray, Matt, Ashley, and Rell were kind, generous, and so helpful. They eased a very stressful situation and their facility is in tip top shape. Would highly recommend their services.

I was going to rent 2 storage units but as I was registering Mat told me I could get a larger climate-controlled unit for less money. Good customer service and a nice large, clean storage room.

Our experience w Mike and Wanda was top notch from intro/tour to rental process to assistance when we pulled in with our 20' U-haul. We also took advantage of the Guardian moving van for an additional delivery and vehicle performed as needed. Facility is very clean and well lit.

Cristina had someone leave a large water cooler behind she posted it for free and I just so happened to need one desperately as I am disabled and they are very expensive to purchase! Christina truly save my life today and I am so very very grateful for her generosity! She is a truly kind heart and I would do business with this facility at any time. Jeff the maintenance supervisor was also extremely helpful! I couldn’t have had a better experience!
