I had a wonderful experience with Guardian Storage in Morgantown while helping my daughter move out of her junior year house. The manager was absolutely amazing — so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was incredibly easy from start to finish, which made a stressful move so much smoother.

The facility was very clean, well-maintained, and felt extremely safe and secure. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Guardian Storage to anyone looking for reliable storage in the Morgantown area!

Steve is super friendly and professional at the Pleasant Hills location. When I couldn't find the right size drive-up unit the guys in Bethel Park were very helpful in sending me over to the nearest location about 15 minutes away. They accommodated me same day and the rate was comparable to every other 10x10 storage unit in the area... And I checked at least 4 places. This allowed me to return my u-Haul on time and finish my move smoothly! Can't thank yins enough.

So I think I got the best rate around honestly, and like I said the guys here were great. They made it a great experience versus an average one.

The staff at Bethel Park Milford Drive are all extremely courteous, helpful, comptetent, and professional. This would be where we would deal again the next time we need storage. Our unit was always clean and well lit.
