Clean unit. Friendly service. Secure, gated access. Rates were comparable to other units in the area, however I took advantage of a promotional rate which saved me quite a bit for my 2 month rental.

It is a great place to store my personal items. Very clean and secure and Cindy has been terrific to work with. I have recommended your facility to friends and family. I am very satisfied with your facility and staff.

I just want to take this time to thank the staff during my time of need. I hired movers for my move out Friday 10/18/2024. Consequently, I had to seek another alternative the following day. The staff not only helped me but also my family member move & pack my U-haul van in less than 30mins!!

I have been at this location for over 4 years now. Couldn’t ask for a better staff and facility. Love it here!!

Today 06/27/23 was a good day after I left Guardian Storage and Yes, I said “Guardian Storage” I recently had several death in my family ( My mother… who was the anchor of my life)
also some unknown stranger decided to help themselves to my credit card and bank account.
It was bad news after bad news, which I remained hopeful and optimistic though it all.
I went to pay my bill At Guardian Storage and to retrieve some items from my unit and when I walked in Isaiah was helping a customer and he took a moment to let me know, he will be with me in a moment. I said, well let me go to my unit and I will be back and if I’m not back before you close please come look for me (jokingly)
After a while being in my unit,moving things around and retrieving items. I looked up and Isaiah was right there reminding me of our appointment.
I just laughed!!!
Because this made me feel good to know that amazing people is still out here and will go beyond their call of duty to help out!!!
The courtesy and his professionalism continue after I return downstairs to discuss my finance issues. It was the laughter and his pleasant demeanor that had me smiling on the ride home.
Hands Up to Isaiah for making this experience a pleasant one and reminding me that good people still exist.

Just closed out my unit with Guardian Storage. It was a great experience. Reasonable prices and great hours for accessibility to the unit!

I had a wonderful experience at Guardian Storage Louisville. The move-in was super easy, and the iOS-based access to the gate and my storage locker was very convenient. At move-out, both Cynthia and Michael were friendly and helpful, and just generally lovely people to work with!
