They were more than excellent with how they explained how payments worked and when to move out so that you didn't have to pay extra for moving in and leaving. The woman at the desk was always more than helpful and showed great customer service. I recommend to any and everyone 💓

Stefanie was so kind and made the process of looking into the right storage unit much easier! Took me to look at the unit and made sure I was taken care of with any questions I had! She was lovely to talk to.

I had an exceptional experience with Guardian! I do think their service is more expensive than other storage facilities, but I would say it's absolutely worth it; I stored pretty much everything I own in one of the climate controlled units at their Centre Ave location for two years, and I returned to my belongings being fresh with no signs of mold or mildew. The premises felt very safe, which was a huge comfort. My biggest compliments go to Ashley and especially Ray (!!!). Ray is amazing. I moved to a new place and had to move everything out of the unit in one single day with just myself and my 70 year old parents. Ray stepped in without us even asking and helped me move things onto moving carts, helped us Tetris everything into my car, offered my parents coffee and tea, and, when my mom told him it was my birthday two days later, gave me gifts!! So, so nice! Just a huge thank you for making me feel like my belongings were safe and sound, for the wonderful and kind service, and for treating my parents with nothing but respect.

Dustin who manages Guardian Storage Parkway East truly represents your company outstandingly. The initial contact with Dustin made it easy to meet my storage needs efficiently as he explained my options clearly.
Any questions I asked were answered respectfully and always in a professional and pleasant manner. I had to make an upgrade due to some changing situations in my life and Dustin made it happen immediately. Dustin always has a smile to greet you and has a welcoming manner. I would recommend this particular Guardian Storage to anyone who needs this type of service. He is a 5 star employee, as they say, “he is a keeper”.

Great service! I've rented space at other places in Boulder over the years, but I'll go back to here from now on!

This facility is top notch! We stored our college student’s things over the summer here, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location and units are clean and secure. We were able to use Guardian’s large truck to move things to the university in one easy trip! We’ll rent here every summer through graduation!
