The manager assisted me with completing the web sign on and deal. She was very helpful and pleasant. Also reserved the moving van for an easier experience.

Move in has been a breeze and Kenzie is more than helpful. I recently had to change storage facilities since they were charging me an arm and a leg where I was. I found this place and have been more than valued as a customer and Kenzie has helped me so much get moved in and settled. I highly recommend this place!

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit due to some unexpected issues with where we were keeping other furniture while searching for a new home. She was so understanding and even held the unit for us since I couldn’t come in to complete the paperwork until my weekend off (my husband and I both work 12-hour shifts, five days a week).

When I came in the Saturday following my call, she got everything set up quickly and even honored the promotional rate. The new unit is also conveniently located right next to our current one, which made the transition so much easier. Stephanie is such a kind and helpful person, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her and the excellent service she provided!
