Great service, good prices!

I was able to get an air-conditioned unit pretty last minute when I went in-person after reserving a non-AC unit, which was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I moved out on a Saturday and had a reminder to cancel my plan but they beat me to it and called on Monday morning to let me know the unit was empty and they'd be happy to downgrade my account for me. Such a pleasant surprise to get that level of service when you expect the business to wait for you to let them know first.

Would happily store things here again!

Hunter did an excellent job taking care of me to get my storage locker. Explained to me how big one I should need. Did an excellent job.

I have rented a unit there for 8 years and they run a first class operation. The facility was always clean and taken care of. The young lady I think her name was Kari that checked me out was very polite and helpful. I definitely give her and the place a 5 star rating.

This facility is very clean and wholesome, and the staff are outstandingly pleasant and helpful. It is not inexpensive, but the quality and confidence level provided is unmatched!

I rented here for over a year. The facility is nicely maintained and they are very easy to work with if any questions came up. However, be sure that you understand that this is a month to month rental. When I canceled my contract, because of the big increase in the monthly cost, I did not get any money back from them, even when canceling on the 15th of the month. I am guessing that it is prorated when you rent the unit but not when you move out. Just a heads-up to future renters.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility throughout as well as the availability of equipment to move my items to and from the unit.
Mr. Pater was very courteous & respectful from the initial point of contact over the phone right through to the viewing of the property in person.
Allowing me to view my space ahead of time was really helpful, it gave me an opportunity to properly plan the storage strategy that would work best for me.
I also appreciate the safe & simple entry & exit process.

Overall a very high quality storage facility. Safe and secure. Wish they allowed entry a little later into the evening, but that's a minor concern.

I recently moved out of state and not sure what my plans were guard storage is a safe secure storage unit where their employees go above and beyond to do whatever it takes to help you make your storage and moving easier. I have used several other storage facilities since I moved to Florida, but none of them compare to guardian. Guardian facilities are clean safe and they have any supply you could possibly need to help you move. I will miss them.
