ACE worked out great for me. Very simple, very professional, very friendly. They even credited me my last month when I moved out the day my payment auto-renewed having erroneously believed I still had a few days. Very nice customer service.

I was able to get an air-conditioned unit pretty last minute when I went in-person after reserving a non-AC unit, which was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I moved out on a Saturday and had a reminder to cancel my plan but they beat me to it and called on Monday morning to let me know the unit was empty and they'd be happy to downgrade my account for me. Such a pleasant surprise to get that level of service when you expect the business to wait for you to let them know first.

Would happily store things here again!

Easy setup, detailed instructions, friendly staff! Storage is easy to find, carts are conveniently available near parking. Facility is very clean.

Zach is the man! Always very friendly and a HUGE help! Even the maintenance men are great and helpful! Couldn't ask for better people to run a storage facility!

Signed up for a storage unit online and have used other guardian sites in the past but I have to say I went in to access my unit for the first time today and Matt and Ray at the Shadyside location were so friendly and helpful and such a delight to deal with as a customer I feel entirely confident I made the best selection choice possible, they are so great made the whole experience a 10/10, highly recommend!

Kind, excellent customer service and clean! Isaiah was very professional and kind. Just moving from out of state was stressful and the assistance from this team was helpful in mitigating my stress. Went in to pay my bill today and Chad was there. Again friendly and professional. For a few dollars less I could have used another facility but I trust Guardian. That makes it well worth it!

Great way to recycle electronic waste. They DO NOT take tvs, monitors or batteries, but ll the other electronic devices including laptops, printers and fax machines as well computer components can be dropped off there. Call for more info or stop by their office Monday through Friday 9 to 5

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and easy to use. They have a moving truck that they allow you to use for a very minimal fee that is well stocked with furniture blankets and a dolly. This storage facility was just what we needed and when we didn't need it anymore, the closeout process was simple as well. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience using guardian storage over the summer. Prices are affordable, and all the staff have been helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!
