I went to Guardian Storage in Longmont Saturday to rent a storage unit because I had received several glowing recommendations. I can’t begin to say what a fantastic experience I had! The facility itself is so well-maintained, clean, and secure, I feel very at ease storing my belongings there. And the Property Manager, Tea Thompson, was so knowledgeable, personable, and professional, he made the experience, which I was honestly sort of dreading, an absolute piece of cake! You can tell when someone actually likes their job, has their customers’ best interests in mind, and puts genuine effort and care into the work they do. Fantastic customer service! Tea (mgr) processed everything smoothly, returned my calls promptly, was very communicative throughout the booking process, & explained everything fully to me. He was even able to pivot to getting me a larger unit on the spot when I arrived and realized I needed more space. Entire facility is clean and bright, and I know my stuff will be safe and well protected here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!
