The service here is above and beyond whatever you might expect out of a storage facility. I had cleared my unit out for a move-out. I had left the lock on to remove later but had to leave town quickly for a family emergency. Tea, the manager, was very understanding and cut the lock for me without the normal fee.

Tea and his maintenance worker, Miguel, were also super helpful and took care of a mark left by some leaking equipment that I had started to clean but didn’t get to finish up on. This is the kind of stuff many other places would have used as an opportunity to get an extra $100, and instead they decided to help out the customer instead. It’s a rare thing nowadays.

Besides the friendly and accommodating staff, the place is spotless and easy to access. Just keep an eye out on your bill, as the monthly pricing made two big jumps over a short period of time.

Very professional and helpful with my current needs. There was no face to face meeting. Everything was done thru phone and email as to keep contact to a minimum. The units and facility are clean and priced reasonably. Thanks.

This is a top-notch Guardian storage facility. The spaces are clean and the climate controlled ones are exactly as advertised. Bathrooms and water are also on site. They have a useful app which is nice. What has stood out most though has been the customer service. Tea, the manager, has been remarkably helpful. He made getting us into a unit very easy and took extra time to answer a lot of questions with highly thoughtful, useful answers. I highly recommend this location.

Highly recommend. Well worth it. A great facility; very clean; wonderful amenities like a moving truck available, bathroom, water, etc. at the facility; many storage options and sizes; safe and secure; and great management, Tea was awesome, communicative, and helpful! Honestly a pleasure storing my items here between moves.

I had a great experience with Donna. I needed a unit for storing excess property from a move into a new house. She found the right unit and I was able to complete everything online and had the unit ready in one day.

I don't really have any complaints.
There is one guy who works there that's pretty rude, I don't know his name.
But the other staff are great and the metienece man is probably the nicest of the lot.
The bathrooms are clean and they pretty much leave you alone to do your thing.
Im a reseller so im there a few times a day either posting listing or packaging up orders to be shipped out..
The units have automatic lights that come on, thats helpful.
So yea I highly recommend this place if your looking for a safe friendly secure place to store your belongings.

The customer service was/is, what all businesses should strive for. Tea was friendly, pleasant and helpful. It made deciding on Guardian Storage easy.

The manager Tea was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, which I think without him would have been very stressful.
