Emily is a wonderful presence at Guardian, when my cohorts leave the unit wide open. She keeps the facility safe and secure. She is a pleasure to work with. Jason is always so friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a unit!

We had a unit at Guardian for over 10 years. Everything was always clean and safe. We recently needed to vacate our unit and Donna could not have been more helpful. She was incredibly kind and made the move out process so much easier. Thank you Donna and Guardian! Our family is super grateful!

After 11 years in this fabulous storage facility, we finally have storage capabilities in our Downtown Pittsburgh condo building eliminating an 8 mile trip to Homestead to get our stuff when needed. This guardian facility is clean and safe. I recommend it to everyone.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional team at Guardian Storage (Shadyside/Pittsburgh, PA Location) and express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service they consistently provide.

Since relocating to Pittsburgh, I have completed two moves, and your staff made both experiences seamless from start to finish. Moving is often one of life's most stressful events, but their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire process remarkably easy.

What impressed me most was their genuine commitment to customer service. On multiple occasions, team members noticed I was struggling and voluntarily stepped in to help move items, without being asked and at no additional charge. They also took the time to explain the additional services Guardian Storage offers, services I otherwise would not have known about or used.

The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which initially drew me to Guardian Storage and gave me confidence that my belongings would be well cared for. Combined with your outstanding staff, Guardian Storage feels like much more than a storage facility. It provides peace of mind and a level of customer care that is increasingly rare.

Darnell, Shawn and Randy were a joy at the Guardian Storage Waterfront site Shred it event. Greatly appreciate this opportunity to rid ourselves of personal mail and documents. Thanks a million time an over !!!!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a storage unit at Guardian Storage, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by Joe and his boss, Brian. From the moment I walked in, Joe's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the various unit options available, ensuring I found the perfect fit for my needs.

Brian's leadership is clearly reflected in the way the facility is run—clean, secure, and extremely well-maintained. He and Joe are both incredibly professional, yet they go above and beyond to offer personalized service that makes you feel like more than just a customer. Their commitment to ensuring a seamless experience is evident in every interaction.

What sets Guardian Storage apart is the genuine care and dedication that Joe and Brian bring to their work. They are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, and their responsiveness is second to none. It's rare to find a business where you can trust that your belongings are in safe hands, but Joe and Brian provide just that level of confidence.

If you're looking for a storage facility that combines excellent customer service, security, and a friendly atmosphere, look no further than Guardian Storage. Joe and Brian have truly set the bar high, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of storage solutions.

Tioni Brown is a wonderful pleasant representative of your company. She was so gracious in accepting my small appliance for recycling. This was so helpful for me after trying many other places to get rid of electronic waste she made my day and saved me a lot more driving around. A very grateful customer, Jackie Abraham

Steve and Dave are fantastic! I am a short gal and couldn't reach the light chain in my unit. One mention to Dave and he said he would have it taken care of. I assumed he would get a longer chain pull. The next time I visited my unit - BAM - I have a motion sensor light which I don't even have to do anything but open the garage door!

I love it!

Thanks a bunch Dave!
