This is our second rental from this location. The staff is great and friendly. So is the dog that welcomed me to the office.It is so nice to work with people that enjoy their job.

This was my first experience with a storage unit. I was pleasantly surprised. From initially viewing the unit, to the final days at my unit, I never had a single complaint. First timers, please read below:From day one, I was able to schedule a no obligation visit to view the unit that I was interested in. I met with Jay, who was great, and I felt zero pressure from him to commit to anything. The unit was a drive up unit which was very clean and dry. The unit was also in a secured well illuminated location with gate code access and egress.I was in-between houses and needed to store majority of my house and garage items. I decided to secure the unit and took advantage of the promotional rates offered at this time (1/2 off the first 2 months).When I was ready to move my items into the unit, Manager John Helms helped me out with the rental box truck that's located on site (very convenient as opposed to having to go back to a rental company somewhere else). John explained everything in full and was very personable and professional. For being my first time using a storage unit, John offered some great advice and tips on storage techniques.My duration of the stay was 4 months over the winter time, and I had zero issues with weather/moisture (Pittsburgh weather fluctuated by 30 degrees at times and stormed). I used 2 moisture control buckets from Home Depot, recommended by John as a precaution. The unit stayed bone dry, zero issues.Upon my final month, the process was as seemless as the initial day. John explained the exit process and helped out again with the box truck. I never had an issue with timely correspondence/communication. I simply sent an email and called once I cleared/cleaned out the unit. The management of this operation was top notch and hassle free. I highly recommend the Ross Guardian Storage location to any first time storage unit goers.

We had 3 units we used while we were moving into our new house. The units were all in great shape. It was easy access to drive up too. We also used the truck twice to help move everything into the units and then into the house. I would use again.

Mat has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is thorough when asked a question and always ready to help. The facility is super clean.

Guardian storage in North Strabane is a fantastic facility. Mike does a great job, and the building is safe and very clean. Couldn't be happier with my entire experience.

Although we had a little issue initially getting through the gate due to the code provided not working. The local manager was able to assist us and then later met us at the unit to provide the lock. Facility was nice and clean and easily accessible.

The process was explained clearly and the rental handled promptly and efficiently by Prescott, the Property Manager, including using my homeowners higher coverage for personal property than the maximum offered by Guardian.

The employees at Centre Ave in Shady side are outstanding in many ways. They were professional and friendly but most importantly very helpful to me when I needed help the most. I will always have pleasant memories of all of them. Ashley was a light in darkness !!! Thank you all for being there.
