They didn’t just hand me keys—they walked me through everything, answered dumb questions like I wasn’t wasting their time, and even helped me figure out which unit fit my junk best. The service here is above and beyond whatever you might expect out of a storage facility. I had cleared my unit out for a move-out. I had left the lock on to remove later but had to leave town quickly for a family emergency. Tea, the manager, was very understanding and cut the lock for me without the normal fee.

Tea and his maintenance worker, Miguel, were also super helpful and took care of a mark left by some leaking equipment that I had started to clean but didn’t get to finish up on. This is the kind of stuff many other places would have used as an opportunity to get an extra $100, and instead they decided to help out the customer instead. It’s a rare thing nowadays.

Besides the friendly and accommodating staff, the place is spotless and easy to access. Just keep an eye out on your bill, as the monthly pricing made two big jumps over a short period of time.

Good value and good service. We rented a unit to store the contents of my son’s dorm room over the summer. It worked out well and they were easy to work with.

My wife and I can’t say enough nice things about this business - Doug, Ann and Kathy epitomize what a small family run business stands for! They work extremely hard to provide their customers a superior product and service and go out of their way to treat them all with courtesy and respect!

My wife and I have had a space here for three years and we have been so impressed with how secure the units are and how clean they are - the property is unbelievably well maintained and that speaks directly to the character of the ownership!

We saw a great example of their attitude toward customer service just the other day. We were moving our stuff to a larger unit when Doug stopped what he was working on to come and check on us to see if we needed any help. I mean, how cool was that?

Bottom line - my wife and I really appreciate doing business with a company like Empire Storage - the people are terrific and our stuff is safe, secure and well taken care of!!!
