Highly recommend this place to store your items. They are accommodating, beyond helpful, communicative and considerate. Some places never care about what you have going on, but Zach went above and beyond to assist me in a hard time while dealing with my storage unit. I will never forget their kindness and appreciate the way they run their business.

This rental facility is professional, caring, clean and takes some of the stress out of moving. They have the things needed from semi access for movers, locks for your unit, staff that are helpful in resolving concerns, and great safety measures. I can't more highly recommend them!

I had my belongings at Guardian Storage for About 11 months. It was the best storage experience I have ever had! The manager, Tom was very kind, understanding, helpful, and his assistant, Sam was as well. I understand this is a small company and they take pride in their customer care. These are qualities we need more of these days.

I am happy to give a five star review to this excellent storage business. From my first contact to my last visit, the customer service at this establishment is gold standard. After I secured my unit I received a call from Cindy welcoming me to Guardian, which I felt was an added bonus not usually experienced. Then I received the best assistance from James, who not only processed my account, but walked me to my unit and answered my questions, which meant a lot. Receiving a welcome bag and a free heavy duty lock was an unexpected pleasure, and secured my good feeling about this business. The place is easily accessible, extremely clean, utility carts at the doorway in the loading dock making moving in easy. The office is welcoming and I watched the same courtesy that I experienced extended to another customer who was securing a unit. James actually walked him up to where I had my unit, and discussed his needs in getting a bigger one after seeing the small one. I am impressed by the level of service, and while some would say that they are just doing their jobs, I would say they made it easy get what was needed with attention to my details in a kind and courteous manner, not often seen nowadays. Here's my advice....try this place when you need storage, and you will not be disappointed!

First your property manager Kristin Mintus was excellent. She explained to me all the sizes, prices, and insurance. Asked me what have and suggested the size I would need. She went and showed the unit. She was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face. Thank you Kristin.

Tianni is Fabulous! She has spectacular customer service! She is attentive and awesome to work with! Also hilarious! She even remembered me when I came in and that made me feel special! She is the reason I came back for a second storage journey at Guardian! Keep up the great work!

Mike is always a pleasure to work with. He makes it very easy getting set up for rental of a unit. The indoor storage units are very nice, and the facility is kept clean.

I am very pleased with the one on one interaction that this storage place provides. I scheduled for a 5x10 storage but ended up going up to the 7x10 storage because I didn’t realize until I saw it how small it was. The in person interaction made me feel very comfortable with making a decision about it quickly! I’m a first time renter so I wasn’t sure walking in what it would be like and Hope made me feel very welcome and comfortable during the whole process and broke down everything so I knew what I was signing up for! Customer service is an 11/10 for the Robsinon location! Excellent people and an amazing team from the phone call to visit! Will definitely be recommending in the future!
