Wonderful staff! Great Service. So much better and infinitely cleaner than my last storage place. Love it!

I am very happy to provide this review for John who works at the Guardian Storage.

We were supposed to vacate the Storage Unit the day before the Fall Semester started but we couldn't enter the building since we lost the access code. After having spent an hour trying all sorts of codes we drove to the closest Guardian office a few miles away and met John who was about to leave home after closing the office (on a Sunday at 4:00PM).

We explained him the situation. What truly stands out about John is his willingness to go the extra mile (in his personal time) to help a customer in problems. After doing his job, he drove to the Bloomfield Office and patiently waited for us to vacate the unit.

This selfless act of John helped us move out and head back home that evening (instead of staying at a motel overnight and vacate the unit the next day). I really appreciate Guardian Management for having people like John in their team.

Mike at the Bridgeville location has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with! Also the facility is very clean, well maintained and easily accessible.

Storage was ok, but now this storage and the area have gotten very pricey. Unfortunately have to move to another storage company.

I had two separate units at this location over the last two years. Every single staff member I interacted with was a gem. Both of my units were climate controlled and super easy to access. The only reason I left was because I finally bought a house! Highly recommend!

There aren't enough words to express how much I recommend this Guardian Storage--specifically the location on Rt 22--because of T. When we first met her, we were trying to get out of a bad living situation and she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

We've been back no less than three times so far and we'd certainly return to this location over and over again if needed. T has been the lighthouse in the storm for us and has always emphasized her excellent customer-focused mentality. She truly cares about her customers. Sometimes it's hard to peel yourself away from a conversation because she's truly so wonderful that you don't want to get back to unloading your stuff into a storage unit!

We have rented other storage units from nearby local facilities and can honestly say that this location is much cleaner, nicer, and better serviced than anywhere else we've been to. It's easy to access, there are always carts available for use, and it's CLEAN. This facility is impeccably cared for. Our stuff was in storage for a while and we never saw a pest or any kind of temperature damage. It's so refreshing to have a company care about you as a person and your stuff.

I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility and Greg who helped me today. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff has been professional, helpful, and friendly every step of the way. I feel confident that my belongings are safe here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable storage!

The storage unit was so very nice and I love the climate control when it was raining I could park in the garage. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. I definitely will recommend this place in Cranberry
