I had such a fantastic experience renting a storage unit here. The customer service was truly exceptional! Ms. Gambea who helped me was incredibly professional and handled all the paperwork and details flawlessly.
What really stood out was how warm and welcoming she was; she instantly made me feel like we were good friends, which is rare in business transactions today. She took the time to make sure the unit size was perfect, and I was thrilled to find that the storage space fits everything in perfectly.
It's clear they care about their clients. I am absolutely looking forward to doing business here again in the future! Highly recommend!
