5 stars for Wes' excellent customer service. He helped me navigate a complicated situation with transferring an existing storage unit into my name. Wes provided all the information proactively and was patient and professional. Very grateful for his help.

Lauren was extremely helpful, walked me through all the units she had available. The property is clean and well maintained.

I have used many storage companies being a Veteran and moving around a lot, I have to say from day one when I first talked to Mike at the Bridgeville location I was sold that this was my place to store things while my life got situated. He was friendly professional and the location was very clean, Mike has been a great help throughout the whole experience, definitely will tell my friends and family about him and his location, Mike keep up the great work this vet appreciates you so much!!!!!

Like others have said, Locker # 403 is a unit dedicated to recycling electronics EXCEPT monitors and screens. It's free.

She went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time, and her compassion truly meant the world to me.
